Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Liora Silks, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. As our sarees are often limited-edition and delicate in nature, this policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

A return or exchange request must be initiated within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery as confirmed by our delivery partners.

Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

The video must:

Begin before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the package seal being broken

Show the product in full, without cuts or pauses

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of the request, without exception.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged

Product received is incorrect (not matching the order placed)

Product has a manufacturing defect

No other reasons, including personal preferences, color expectations, or change of mind, will be considered valid.

Conditions for Return Approval

All approved returns must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags, blouse pieces, packaging, and accessories must be intact

The product must be returned in the same condition as received

Liora Silks reserves the right to deny returns if the product does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for the same design/pattern in a different color, subject to availability. 

Exchanges for different products, designs, price categories, or collections are strictly not allowed

Only one exchange per order will be permitted

If the requested color is unavailable at the time of exchange:The order will be processed for a refund as per this policy

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any manner

Items returned without original tags, packaging, or components

Requests raised after the 3-day return window

Cases where a valid unboxing video is not provided

Minor variations in color, texture, or weave, as these may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of the product

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Right to Refuse

Liora Silks reserves the full right to:

Reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above terms

Determine eligibility of returns after inspection

Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
